Mission
The Lab's mission is to inspire and assist decision-makers and leaders in companies, institutions, or local organizations to create positive impacts on their stakeholders and society as a whole. To achieve this, we employ a transdisciplinary approach that combines Futures Studies, Design Thinking, and Participatory Methodology to develop innovative solutions with socio-environmental impact.
The Lab F+ was developed under the purpose of promoting positive and solution-focused thinking as a tool for building a better future for our society and the world. It was founded in 2024 by the futurist and experient researcher Jéssica Leite, a PhD and Master in Maritime Studies, and an expert in Futures Methodology and Literacy.
